Order Processing Time
Our order processing time depends on the order quantity and destination. For example, for smaller orders shipped to the USA, the quickest processing time could be as little as 5 days from when the order is placed to when it’s shipped.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for samples from bulk orders exceeding $3000 USD
Oversized Items
Please note that there may be a surcharge for oversized items over 4 feet in size from couriers such as DHL and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. Please be aware that some countries may have remote areas that cost more to ship to than regular places.
Order Tracking
Customers can track their orders with a tracking number for courier-shipped goods. For air cargo shipments, a flight number will be provided. For sea shipping goods, customers can track their order using the ship name and number.
Shipping Delays
In the event of a shipping delay, we will keep you informed and do our best to expedite the process.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the case of lost or damaged shipments, we will either produce and ship the item(s) again or offer a refund, depending on the customer’s preference.
Customs and Duties
Please note that customs duties are not included in our prices. The courier will declare the goods to customs and contact the customer to pay the duties.
Holiday Shipping
We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as during Chinese traditional holidays like Mid-Autumn Day, National Day, and Chinese New Year.
