Shipping Policy

At Everest Prints, we understand that timing is critical in the event industry. With over 15 years of experience and a robust supply chain, we are committed to delivering your custom event graphics safely and on time, anywhere in the world.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

All orders are processed and manufactured at our 25,000 square meter facility in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Our efficient production team and advanced equipment allow us to maintain fast turnaround times.

  • Standard Production: Most custom print orders are produced within 3-5 business days after artwork approval, for bulk orders, we will advise you the production time when quote.
  • Large Volume Orders: For bulk orders (wholesale/large events), production time will be confirmed by your account manager based on current capacity and order size.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders received after 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will begin processing the following business day.

Note: Production time does not include shipping transit time. Please plan your event schedule accordingly.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship globally to over 60 countries. Depending on the urgency of your order and the volume of goods, we offer several shipping tiers:

Express Shipping

Ideal for urgent samples and small-to-medium orders.

Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT

Typical Transit: 3-7 Business Days

Air & Sea Freight

Cost-effective solutions for bulk orders and heavy equipment.

Service: Airport-to-Airport or Port-to-Port

Typical Transit: 15-35 Days (Sea), 7-10 Days (Air Cargo)

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volumetric dimensions of your package, as well as the destination.

For B2B wholesale orders, we work closely with major logistics providers to secure the most competitive rates. A detailed shipping quote will be provided by your sales representative before the order is finalized.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Everest Prints ships from China. Unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is specifically requested and agreed upon in writing:

  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
  • Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number(s) and carrier information. You can use these details to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your custom graphics to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the packaging or product is damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if there is no movement for an extended period, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
