Custom flag is a flag that is designed and created specifically for business, group, or organization. Custom flags can be used for a variety of purposes, such as promoting a business, supporting a cause, or branding at an event.

80g polyester: 100D fabric, standard material for single-side and double-sided flags
110g knitted polyester: premium flag material, single-sided only; too heavy for double-sided.
260g polyester: thick fabric, usually used for fabric banners.
130g mesh polyester with holes, usually used for large flags and banners
Satin is a premium silk-like fabric.
All materials are white before printing.
Printing: Full-color digital printing, vibrant colors for standing out; you could print any images on the flags. No extra fees for multiple colors; no matter if your design is one color or full color, the costs are the same.
Sizes: 3x5ft, 4x6ft, and 5x8ft are the most popular sizes for custom flags; we also accept any customized size.
Single-sided: print on one side, another side is reverse image; color is 20% lighter than printed side, but thick material like 240g polyester may be 80% lighter.
Double-sided: It is made of two printed flags with a block-out liner between, totaling 3 layers, so a double-sided flag is heavy. Normally, we use 100D polyester as the printed sides. Two sides can print different artwork.
Besides standard and regular customized sizes, we also offer large-format flags or banners. The seamless size could be 5×100 ft (1.5×92 m), and if seams are acceptable, we could make it as large as possible; the largest banner we ever made was 80×33 ft (24×10 meters).
Flag edges are sewn by double stitching to reinforce; this can protect the flag from being teared by high winds and increase its lifespan.
Our custom flags are made of durable polyester material and can be used outdoors and indoors. The features of UV and water resistance are suitable for all kinds of weather.

We can make as large a flag as you request; the largest flag we’ve ever made is 80×33 feet (24×10 meters), or we’d better call it a fabric banner because it’s too big to fly as a standard flag. The smallest flag we made is 5′′x8′′ for hand flags with a small rod pocket on the left side.
No, we only make business or personalized flags.
Yes. If your flag is not too dirty, we suggest you using a wet cloth to remove any dirt on it. For machine washing, please use cold water, low speed, and air dry; do not put it in the tumble dryer.
Standard pole pocket size is 2′′ (5 cm) wide in white, but pocket size could be customized upon request. We suggest a pole diameter of less than 1′′ (2.5cm).
No, the grommets are pressed stably on the flag; they won’t tear off in normal use.
Yes, we could make any shape like a circle, triangle, or rounded rectangle, but some complicated shapes are not easy to sew on, so we just cut the edges without stitching.
Currently, we only make printed flags.
Not really; since there is no fixed size, you can use your template for a customized flag, but remember to use our templates when you plan to buy advertising flags.
Satin is glossy, and polyester materials have a matte finish.
Normally the stitching color is white, but if you place a bulk order, e.g., over 1,000 pcs, we could make the stitching color as a request.
We do not offer custom flag poles or kits; you can easily find flagpoles in your local market or just use plastic or wooden rods instead. If the order quantity is large, we can assist you in sourcing poles from China.
If you use indoors only, the lifespan may be over 3 years. For outdoor use, it depends on many factors like the UV index, temperature, average sunny days, etc. In most countries, our digital prints can last two years or more outdoors, but in some countries with high UV ray levels, like Australia, the prints may only last six months. No matter what condition the material is in, its lifespan is longer than printing.
