80g polyester: 100D fabric, standard for flags.

110g knitted polyester: Premium, single-sided only.

260g polyester: Thick fabric for banners.

Also available: 130g mesh polyester and premium Satin. All materials start white.

Custom prints & sizes

Printing: Full-color digital printing with vibrant colors. Print any image with no extra fees for multiple colors.

Sizes: Popular sizes include 3x5ft, 4x6ft, and 5x8ft. We accept any fully customized size requirements.

Double-sided flag is available

Single-sided: 80-90% bleed through (reverse image on back).

Double-sided: Three layers (two printed flags + block-out liner). Heavy duty 100D polyester. Both sides can feature different artwork.

Large format Support

Besides standard sizes, we specialize in large-format flags and banners. Seamless sizes up to 5×100 ft (1.5×92 m). With seamed construction, we can produce massive dimensions—our record is 80×33 ft (24×10 meters).

Reinforced by double stitching

Quality is in the details. All flag edges are sewn with precision double stitching to reinforce the perimeter. This critical feature protects the flag from tearing in high winds and significantly increases its operational lifespan.

FAQ

What are the largest and smallest flag sizes you can make?

We can produce custom flags in a wide range of sizes. Our standard sizes range from small 12"x18" flags up to massive stadium-sized flags. If you need a specific custom dimension, please contact our support team for a quote.

Do you make country flags?

Yes, absolutely! We can print any country, state, or province flag you need. You can either provide the design or ask us to use the standard official design for that country.

Can I wash my flag? If so, any washing instructions?

Yes, our flags are machine washable. We recommend washing them in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Hang dry or air dry only—do not tumble dry, as high heat may damage the fabric or print.

What is the size of the pole pocket on my flag? Suggested pole size?

Our standard pole pocket is designed to fit poles with a diameter of 1" to 1.5". The pocket itself is typically sewn at about 2 inches flat. If you have a thicker pole, please let us know in the order notes so we can adjust the pocket size.

Will the grommets rip out of my flag?

We reinforce the header (the strip of fabric where the grommets are placed) with extra stitching and durable canvas material to ensure the grommets stay secure, even in windy conditions.

Do you make other shapes of flags, like pennants?

Yes, besides standard rectangular flags, we offer triangle pennants, burgees, teardrop flags, feather flags, and completely custom die-cut shapes upon request.

Do you offer embroidered flags?

Our specialty is high-resolution digital printing, which allows for unlimited colors and complex gradients. We typically do not offer traditional embroidered (sewn) flags for custom single orders.

Do I have to use your templates for my personalized flag?

While using our templates ensures the best results for bleed and safe zones, it is not strictly required. You can upload your high-resolution artwork, and our design team will check it before printing.

Are your materials matte or glossy?

Our standard 80g polyester & 110g knitted polyester fabric has a matte finish, which is preferred for flags as it reduces glare in sunlight and makes the text easier to read.

What is the stitching color on the flags? Can I select it myself?

By default, we use white or black thread depending on which blends better with your background color. If you have a specific request for stitching color, please include it in your order notes.

Will flag poles or other kits come with my custom flag order?

Generally, custom flags are sold as "flag only" unless you specifically select a hardware kit (like a pole or stand) during checkout. Please check the product description to see what is included.

What is the lifespan of the personalized flag material and printing?

For indoor use, flags can last for many years. For outdoor use, lifespan typically 1 or 2 years depending on weather conditions and sun exposure. Bringing flags inside during extreme weather will significantly extend their life.
