Dye Sublimation
Full-color printing with your brand and an attractive design makes your business or organization unique at an event or trade show. It is also a great way to make your custom canopy tent stand out from the crowd.
600D premium polyester material with waterproof coating is long-lasting and a reliable shelter under light rain and sunlight.
As the fabric is thick, printing is very light on the back, with around 20% visibility on the printed side.
Colors are the same on both sides; allows for printing different artwork on each side (includes block-out layer).
Our standard aluminum frame uses a 40mm diameter, 1.2mm thick hex aluminum alloy. A hexagon tube has more stability than a square one, giving the frame a strong structure.

The tent frame is made of durable and lightweight aluminum alloy; it can be folded and put into a trolley bag with printed tent roofs and walls, making it easy to take with you to any location.
Due to the pop-up structure, the canopy tent is easy to install and disassemble; two people can assemble it in just 5 minutes.

**Packing is just for reference; for bulk orders, we will separate the frame and roof/walls.
To ensure a successful tent setup, it’s important to prepare your flat and clear space beforehand.
Extend it slightly but not fully, ensuring that it is standing on its legs.
Drape the canopy over the top of the frame while it is slightly opened, making sure to align the corners of the canopy with those of the frame, then attach the canopy Velcro to another side of the frame.
Now, expand the frame while being careful not to pull too hard or fast, as this could cause damage to the canopy and frame.
Once you’ve fully expanded the frame, go ahead and secure the canopy to it by using Velcro on the top corners.
We suggest two people do this: lift each corner of the tent in succession, extending the legs until they’re fully open. There should be a clicking sound when the legs are locked.
Our canopies have 2 to 3 adjustable heights depending on size; choose the right size you want.
Depending on where you’re setting up, you may need stakes, ropes, or weights to prevent it from moving or blowing over.
