1. Request for quotation
When you decide to buy some advertising items, please contact us to get the quotation.
We need following information to make an offer:
- Size: Choose the size from our exist list or advise your customized size.
- Style: We have different styles for some items, e.g. a flag may have sleeve or grommets option, price are different, choose the right style will help us to make an exact offer.
- Quantity: Obviously, price level is based on quantity, and we need quantity to calculate shipping rate.
- Destination: Country & Zip code are required to check shipping cost, Zip code is important, some courier like DHL, they have surcharge for remote areas.
- Deadline: The latest date you must receive the goods, this will help us check shipping rate.
2. Confirm price and shipping rate
Price: For some request, we may offer different price levels for your selection, please choose one from them.
Shipping rate: Quantity and your deadline are two main factors we will consider when calculate shipping rate.
- Quantity: When total gross weight of your order is under 100 kg, express is the prior option, DHL and Fedex will offer us a discount since we have contracts with them. When weight is above 100 kg, we may consider air cargo or sea shipping.
- Deadline: For bulk orders, if you do not need a hurry delivery, sea shipping is a good choice. For some countries, we offer DDP shipping by sea, goods will be delivered to your place like Fedex, but shipping rate is much lower, the shipping time is around 50 days from order finished to delivered.
3. Place order and pay for it
Once confirm price, we need 100% payment first for small orders. For bulk orders, 50% deposit is required, balance before shipping.

4. Provide your artwork
Once place order, please send us your artwork through tools as follows:
We accept following artwork file format:
- AI
- EPS
- PSD
- TIF
- CDR
- SVG
- JPG (high resolution)
5. Track shipment
Once order finished, we will ship your order as agreed ways.
In an express shipping, we will inform you tracking number once ship out, you could track it on the courier’s website, like DHL, Fedex, UPS.
When goods pass your customs, you need to handle with duties and taxes. For express shipping, courier will declare to customs, then you pay for it. But for sea shipping, you may need to hire a broker to decalre customs.
Once goods go through customs, they will be delivered as scheduled.
