1. Request for quotation

To help us provide an accurate quote for your advertising items, please include the following information in your inquiry:

  • Size: Let us know if you prefer a standard size from our catalog or a custom size.
  • Style: Many items offer different styles (e.g., flag sleeves or grommets), which can affect pricing. Please specify your preferred style for an exact quote.
  • Quantity: Your desired quantity helps us determine pricing and calculate shipping costs.
  • Destination: Please provide the country and zip code for accurate shipping rate calculations. Note that some carriers, like DHL, may have surcharges for remote areas.
  • Deadline: Knowing your required delivery date helps us estimate shipping times and costs.

2. Confirm price and shipping rate

Here’s how we approach pricing and shipping:

  • Price: For certain requests, we’ll offer a few pricing options for you to choose from.
  • Shipping Rate: The two main factors we consider for shipping costs are quantity and your required deadline.
  • Quantity: For orders under 100 kg, express shipping (DHL, FedEx) is usually the best option. We have discounted rates with both carriers. For orders over 100 kg, we’ll explore options like air cargo or sea shipping.
  • Deadline: For larger orders where you aren’t in a rush, sea shipping is a cost-effective choice.  For some countries, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) sea shipping. This means your goods are delivered directly to your location, similar to FedEx, but at a much lower rate. The typical delivery time for DDP sea shipping is around 50 days from when the order is completed.

3. Place order and pay for it

Once your order’s price is confirmed:

  • Small orders require 100% upfront payment.
  • Bulk orders require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipping.

4. Provide your artwork

Once you’ve placed your order, please send us your artwork using one of the following methods:

  • PDF
  • AI
  • EPS
  • PSD
  • TIF
  • CDR
  • SVG
  • JPG (high resolution)

 

 

5. Track shipment

Once your order is complete, we’ll ship it using our agreed-upon method.

  • For express shipping, we’ll provide a tracking number as soon as it ships, which you can use to track your package on the courier’s website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
    • Please note: When goods clear customs, you’ll be responsible for any duties and taxes. For express shipments, the courier will handle the customs declaration, and you’ll pay them directly.
  • For sea shipping, you might need to hire a local broker to manage the customs declaration process.

Once your goods clear customs, they will be delivered as scheduled.
